We provide free in-home caregiving assessments of an individual’s needs for in-home care services. The purpose of the assessment will be to determine the level of care that is needed and to develop a plan to provide the care in the individual’s home. This may include assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as help with tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management. The assessment will typically be conducted by our care manager and is usually done at no cost to the individual.
